Crystal Arc has partnered with Ferrari Owners Club UAE on a recurring basis, creating bespoke commemorative pieces every year since 2023. This ongoing collaboration has been shaped by trust, consistency, and a shared understanding of the importance of heritage-led design.
Designing a Motorsport Trophy
Across successive editions, Crystal Arc developed annual presentation pieces that celebrate key moments in the club’s calendar. The design approach drew directly from Ferrari’s racing heritage. The featured piece centres on a highly detailed racing, resulting in a piece that centred around a highly detailed racing helmet sculpture.
The helmet was enclosed within a clear crystal display cube, elevating an iconic motorsport symbol into a refined collectable object. The form was executed with careful attention to proportion, colour accuracy, and branding detail, ensuring immediate recognition while maintaining the restraint expected of a premium commemorative piece. The transparent enclosure allowed the object to be viewed clearly from every angle, transforming memorabilia into a curated display artefact.
Resin, Lacquer and Motorsport Colour
Material selection and craftsmanship were central to the execution. The contrast between the solid, sculpted helmet, the clear crystal enclosure, and the grounded black base was carefully balanced to convey both protection and presentation.
Precision finishing, clean edges, and controlled weight ensured the piece felt substantial and ceremonial when handled, while remaining suitable for long-term display. Each annual edition was subtly refined to maintain continuity across years, allowing the collection to evolve while preserving a consistent visual language.
Moulding and Refining the Resin Helmet
All pieces for Ferrari Owners Club UAE were designed and produced fully in-house at Crystal Arc. Production stages included sculpting, fabrication, finishing, engraving, and internal quality control.
This end-to-end control has enabled consistent delivery across multiple years, establishing the pieces as part of the club’s annual tradition and reflecting Crystal Arc’s ability to support exclusive communities with repeat, high-standard craftsmanship rooted in heritage and performance.
The Presentation Base
At Crystal Arc, recurring projects are treated with the same discipline as first commissions. Consistency, proportion, and finish were carefully maintained across editions, reinforcing the sense of continuity and tradition associated with the club.
Final inspections were completed prior to delivery to ensure clarity, finish, and presentation remained uncompromised.
