Privilege Membership

In recognition of our growing loyal customers, we are launching our Privilege Card that can enable the card holder a substantial discount in all of our outlets.

Discount Mechanics:

• Discounted prices are for all kinds of purchases (on-line, cash, credit card, cheques).
• Discounts are non-applicable on items on special promotion.
• The customer should present the card before or during the purchase and must be asked if he has a privilege card before the transaction happen. The privilege card can also be used in an online transaction.
• To apply for the card, an application form must be completed and submitted to Crystal Arc outlets. Or download our application form.
• The card is non transferable. Only one card will be issued per person. But can be used by a first degree relative.
• There will be no Membership and Renewal Fees. Automatic renewal of subscription after 3 years will happen if the card holder makes a minimum of one purchase every year. If there is no purchase made for a consecutive period of 1 year the card will get cancelled automatically.
• Crystal Arc reserves the right to amend, update or change any aspect of the privilege card program without advising the members at any time.
• Amendment of customer profile in the cards will be done only against written or email application at members@crystalarc.net
• In the event of card being lost, stolen or damaged, the card holder must immediately inform the authorized Crystal Arc service centre or contact us here.

The following are the guidelines to be observed:

Card Features

• Crystal Arc discount Privilege Card provides the "PERCENTAGE" discount on purchasing the Crystal Arc products.
• Privilege Card is absolutely FREE of charge and is delivered from Crystal Arc Abu Dhabi Office.
• Available at three levels:
  1. 20% (Premium)
  2. 15% (Platinum)
  3. 10% (Gold)
• Card holder can easily shift to the next level by just promoting Crystal Arc and a purchase worth Dhs 300 or Dhs 500 was made.
• Can be used at any of the Crystal Arc shopping outlet, Crystal Arc Regional Office, Crystal Arc Factory in United Arab Emirates
• Card is valid up to three (3) consecutive years. After 3 years the card will be renewed and client will be shifted to next level of the card.
• With this card, the card holder will be a part of "Crystal Arc Club" and will be eligible to avail all the benefits of the membership and the future benefits that we will provide.

Card Rules & Regulations

• Card is absolutely personal and cannot be used for corporate purchasing.
• Card holder must present the card while purchasing to avail the discount.
• Any changes in the card holder's contact information must be reported to Crystal Arc immediately at members@crystalarc.net or contact us here.
