The company has achieved a world first by creating a new range of crystal products with stunning colours, using ’fused glass’ technology. Crystal Arc’s state of the art furnace allows up to six colours to be infused into glass at one time.

Crystal Arc is poised to move to the next level in crystal objets d’art, through the use of the world’s best technology and expertise of artisans who have helped make the company a leading name in the world of crystal items in the Gulf,’ said Mustansir Saifuddin, managing director of Crystal Arc. ’The new technology will allow us to create a totally new range of coloured products, moving away from the conventional clear crystals.’

The new plant in Jebel Ali Industrial Area spread over an area of 60,000 sq. ft. will integrate all critical areas of operations, including glass bending, fusing, architectural glass, sun blasting and acid etching for the construction industry.

’The expanded Jebel Ali facility will enable us to meet the growing demand for crystal products from corporate clients as well as discerning consumers in the Gulf,’ Saifuddin added. ’Having built a strong reputation in just three and a half years, we are now ready to consolidate our position as high-quality producers of crystal products.’

Crystal Arc’s immediate expansion plans include launching a new retail outlet in Abu Dhabi next month. In Dubai, the company has firmed up plans to launch a series of retail showrooms, starting with a first one near the 4th Interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road. Crystal Arc’s main showroom EONS is located at Fairmont Hotel Dubai. The company’s products are also retailed at Gulf Greetings outlets in the UAE and at Abu Dhabi Duty Free. They are also available through agents in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Among the many unique creations of Crystal Arc have been the five shapes of incense burners with a height of 40 cm and the Holy Kaaba which is 1.25 m x 1.25 m in dimension. These, along with several other crystal products, including models of famous UAE landmarks, will be on display at the PREMIUM Exhibition.
